Welcome to troopertamarbucci.org, the official website of the Trooper Tamar Bucci Memorial Fund, Inc. (“Memorial Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, making a donation, or purchasing event tickets or registration codes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Memorial Fund

The Trooper Tamar Bucci Memorial Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to honor the life and legacy of Massachusetts State Trooper Tamar Bucci.

The Memorial Fund supports children and young adults by contributing to programs and initiatives that help them build confidence, pursue their dreams, and develop positive relationships within their communities.

2. Donations

Donations made to the Memorial Fund support its charitable mission and activities.

The Memorial Fund is recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Eligible charitable contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Please note:

  • Donations are voluntary.

  • Online donations are processed securely through PayPal.

  • Donation acknowledgments and transaction confirmations may be provided electronically.

  • Donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact us for assistance.

Purchases of event tickets and registration codes are separate from charitable donations and are not automatically tax-deductible. Any deductible portion depends on applicable tax rules and the value of benefits received.

3. Event Ticket Purchases

The Memorial Fund may offer tickets to fundraising events, including its annual birthday celebration and other special events.

When purchasing tickets:

  • Ticket prices and event details will be displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be successfully completed to confirm an order.

  • Tickets or confirmations will be delivered electronically unless otherwise indicated.

  • Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact and attendee information.

  • Event-specific requirements, restrictions, and instructions will be communicated on the applicable event page or ticket confirmation.

Event attendance is subject to venue rules, capacity limitations, and applicable safety requirements.

4. Spartan Race Registration Codes

The Memorial Fund may offer discounted registration codes for designated Spartan events as part of its fundraising activities.

Each purchased code is intended to provide access to one eligible race registration, subject to the terms of the specific offer.

Purchasing a registration code through the Memorial Fund does not automatically register the purchaser or participant for the race.

Customers must complete the separate registration process on Spartan’s official website.

For the 2026 Spartan Fenway Stadion event:

  • Codes are offered for the eligible Stadion 5K obstacle course race.

  • Each participant requires a unique registration code.

  • Codes are delivered electronically following successful payment.

  • Participants must redeem their codes through Spartan’s official Fenway event page.

  • Additional Spartan registration fees and applicable taxes are paid separately during Spartan checkout.

  • Race availability, registration deadlines, and eligible start times are determined by Spartan.

The advertised Memorial Fund price of $99 per code is compared with Spartan’s published standard registration price of $159 at the time of the offer. Spartan’s public pricing and available promotions may change.

Customers are responsible for redeeming codes before any applicable expiration date or registration deadline and following the instructions provided.

Codes should be treated as confidential and must not be publicly distributed or used more than permitted under Spartan’s terms.

The Memorial Fund does not control Spartan’s event schedule, race operations, registration availability, additional fees, cancellation decisions, or transfer policies.

Once a code has been redeemed and registration is completed through Spartan, the participant’s race registration is governed by Spartan’s applicable policies.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Purchase Issues

Memorial Fund Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated on the event purchase page, fundraiser ticket purchases are considered final and nonrefundable.

If an event organized by the Memorial Fund is canceled, ticket holders will be notified regarding applicable refund or alternative arrangements, subject to legal requirements.

Spartan Registration Codes

Purchases of Spartan registration codes are considered final once a valid code has been delivered.

Refunds are generally not available for changes in personal plans, failure to redeem a code before applicable deadlines, or a decision not to participate.

If you receive an invalid or unusable code, or encounter a problem with code delivery, please contact the Memorial Fund at info@troopertamarbucci.org so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.

Once a code has been redeemed, any subsequent cancellation, transfer, or registration-related request is subject to Spartan’s policies.

Payment Errors

If you believe a payment was duplicated, processed incorrectly, or otherwise made in error, please contact us with your transaction details.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

For third-party events, including Spartan races, participants should refer directly to the event organizer for current information and applicable policies.

8. Event Participation and Photography

Participation in fundraising events may be subject to event-specific rules and safety requirements.

Photographs and videos may be taken at Memorial Fund events for documentation, community outreach, and promotional purposes.

If you have questions or concerns about the use of an identifiable photograph or video by the Memorial Fund, please contact us.

Participation in third-party events is subject to the requirements and waivers established by the applicable event organizer.
