Tamar told her sisters that the day she graduated from the Academy was the proudest day of her life. This memorial fund was established by her family to help give children and young adults the confidence that is needed to pursue and realize their own dreams. We do this by contributing funds to community programs and initiatives, including those that promote positive relationships between the community and law enforcement.
